At the edge of Le Perche, former house of the independent caretaker of a mill on the Eure in the quiet of a 4Ha property, without any neighbors apart from the owner. The sound of the river, the singing of the birds, the old buildings, the boat, the vegetable garden, my two young female dogs and the sheep are all there to help you unwind for a while in the great outdoors. Very comfortable for 2 adults, the house can accommodate up to 5 people thanks to the extra single bed and the convertible in the living room.

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 cot beds available on request).

Welcome to Villa Aristide, 1920 house, located in Courville sur Eure, between Beauce and Perche. The house has an architecture that is characteristic of the time. This cottage is ideal for remote working or family reunions, with all comforts. Ideally located in the city center, this cottage for 6 people offers easy access to shops, the banks of the Eure and activities such as cycling, fishing, swimming (municipal swimming pool). (1 hour from Paris, 20 minutes from Chartres).
