Our Sachl is located in the heart of the Vilstal valley, yet in a completely secluded setting with only meadows/pastures and forests all around. The holiday apartment has a separate entrance, features modern furnishings, and comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a newly renovated bathroom. The location is completely quiet, but our farm is active, and work is carried out here. We have many chickens, suckler cows and bees living with us, as well as our two Labrador girls, Caro and Maya, who roam around freely. Holiday guests and fitters are welcome!

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Tree house chalet

🌿Tree house with hot tub/sauna – tranquillity & nature🌿 Experience a special break in our lovingly designed tree house in Garneck. In a quiet location, surrounded by greenery, a retreat awaits you far from the noise and hustle and bustle – with a sweeping view of nature and, on a clear day, as far as the Chiemgau Alps. Here you will hear nothing but birdsong and the gentle mooing of our Galloway cattle. Perfect for switching off, taking a deep breath and leaving everyday life behind.

Sports tourists, cultural tourists and business travelers are welcome here. Quiet apartment directly on the Danube overlooking the mountains. Newly built apartment with bright and friendly rooms. Shopping is about 2 km away. The flat offers: a fully equipped kitchen incl. electrical appliances such as stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, bed 180 x 200 cm. Includes towels and linens. Parking is available, No animals allowed, non-smoking apartment!

Quaint natural hut in the permaculture forest garden

The butterfly house in the Mienbacher forest garden is a place of rest, surrounded by nature. We also like to call the place a wilderness camp. With 4 bunk beds, it is ideal for the family or for friends looking for tranquility amidst the permaculture landscape of the forest garden. We are also a livestock ark and a member of the Naturgarten e. V., so accordingly it creeps and flies, buzzes and hums with us. The toilets and showers are located at the seminar house.

Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.

Hut magic at Laumerhof-Hofglück

We offer you a semi-detached house with two equally equipped, cozy apartments in a new natural main house with a very special ambience. These two apartments can each accommodate up to 6 people. They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

At the edge of the forest on the Schellenberg

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Das Häuschen liegt zentral zwischen Dingolfing (20 km), Straubing (22 km) und dem neuen BMW Werk in Strasskirchen-Irlbach (11 km).
