A large sea-view balcony with furniture (table, armchairs, a rocking chair). The house has its own closed courtyard. In the courtyard there is a large terrace where it stands ( grill , a tennis table, sun loungers). On the first floor there is a laundry room (washing machine ) and a bathroom. In the courtyard you can park cars.
