The house is located on the seashore in a pine grove. The house has a large living room with upholstered furniture and a TV(cable TV,Internet and Wi Fi) is a kitchen with all amenities. A large sea-view balcony with furniture(table,armchairs, rocking room). The house has its own closed courtyard. In the yard there is a large terrace where it is located (grill,tennis table, deck). On the first floor there is a laundry room(washing machine)and a bathroom. In the yard you can park a car.

This unique place has a style all its own. This ethnographic house is over 300 years filled with modern furniture. It has 5 fireplaces, 2 bedrooms (with one of them having a double-bed), 2 sofa double beds, and all the necessary furnitures. You will also have access to a projector which will display the screen on its special curtain. Also we have an exotic garden. Here you can visit the Jikheti monastery and it only takes 30 minutes to get to the airport or the sea.
