Benefiting from one of the most beautiful views of the Loire, this family home allows you to come and recharge your batteries (2 hours from the center of Paris by car).

At Neuteau, you won't find standard furniture or objects without a story. Each piece has been found, sanded, repainted, carefully repurposed — and most importantly, with heart. We conceived this house as a refuge, a living place, welcoming, and a reflection of who we are. We put our soul into it, as if it were our own... and we hope it will be a a little bit yours for the duration of your stay. For your safety, the exteriors of the houses are under video surveillance.

In the heart of the forest, discover the tranquility of the "Les Bolets" cottage on our 1.8 hectare estate, with our main residence and the "Les Girolles" cottage. Nearby, the Loire Valley castles, Center Parc "Les Bruyères", the Lamotte-Beuvron equestrian park, the Pôle des Étoiles in Nancay and the Zoo Parc de Beauval. Ideal for a getaway or vacation, relax in the heated pool from mid-June to mid-September, and also enjoy the petanque court for convivial moments.

Villa Bois Chaumont Gite

Former hunting lodge from 1895. The cottage accommodates 9 to 10 people with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is adjoining the owners house. A haven of peace surrounded by forests 2.5 km from the village and 2 hours from Paris. Another cottage for 5 people on the property (La Maison du Verger) On site, board games, Molki games and pétanque balls. You will stay close to the Loire Valley Castles, Beauval Zoo, Sancerre vineyards, hikes, horseback riding...

Sologne of the "Bontens" ponds

Adjacent to our main house, this small house, typically Solognote, has been renovated by us. Its entrance is protected by a veranda. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the house on the street is independent of ours, a private garage is available. Dog accepted, clean, (12 kg max), on request, subject to conditions, only one pet allowed.
