Welcoming guests since 2016, the Barn at Bourne House is located between the quaint New England village of Stowe and the legendary ski trails of Stowe Mountain Resort. Has all amenities: chef’s kitchen, high-speed internet, washer/dryer, dedicated workspace, gas fireplace, smart TV, deck (featuring stunning mountain views and BBQ), sauna, fire pit, and a waterfall within walking distance.

Enjoy some time on the quiet side of the mountain, only 25 minutes from Stowe and Montpelier. Your more likely to hear song birds, owls, and coyotes here than traffic. Our tiny house was hand built by me from the ground up. Most of the interior pine was cut from our property and the stained glass work was created by me in my studio here next to our house. Eventually we will live in the tiny house but until that time we're sharing it with the world. We hope you'll enjoy it!

The Cozy Condo at Smuggs Resort!

Our Cozy Condo is Ski-in Ski-out in the Nordland Building on the slopes at Smugglers Notch Resort. It is walking distance to the Village! In the warmer months enjoy exquisite hiking trails. The trails are meticulously maintained and appeal to all levels of hikers. The Resort has a world renowned disc golf course overlooking the mountains. Please note- all are welcome to use all resort amenities (including pools, hot tubs, and FunZone) with the purchase of a day pass.

Stowe Condo with hot tub, pools, tennis courts!

Visit Stowe and stay in our comfortable two bed/two bath condo. Take off your boots and use the ski storage in the mudroom/entry way. Enjoy the fireplace, full kitchen, large dining room and open concept. Walk over to the main building and enjoy the hot tub or go for a swim in our indoor or outdoor pool and use the sauna. Please be advised the rec center will be closed 10/31/2025-11/21/2025 for maintenance. Play some tennis on the tennis courts!
