The apartment is located in the heart of the city centre of l 'Ametlla de Mar, just above the town's main beach, l 'Alguer. It is very sunny and totally outdoors and you can enjoy beautiful views of the beach, the promenade and the sea. It is a second floor without elevator and consists of bathroom, equipped kitchen and three bedrooms: one double, one double with bunk bed and one single. The building has a parking lot for the use of the neighbors but without reserved space.
