Nice studio-style apartment in Shippagan

Nice fully renovated studio-style apartment located in a basement, with private entrance and parking. The entrance to access it is on the opposite side of the area used by the owners. The bedroom has a King bed and a small living area. It has a full kitchen and a workspace. Located 2 minutes from downtown and all services. It should be noted that the accommodation is located within my house (separated by a locked door) and we live upstairs.

The village of Ste-Marie St-Raphaël has everything to please lovers of the outdoors, beaches, cycling, fishing (cockles, bass) and culture. All you have to do is bring your bikes to enjoy the Acadian Peninsula Cycling Route, which includes more than 600 km of trails, as well as your kayaks, paddleboards and golf clubs (Pokemouche).

With sea views but without direct access, you will still hear the sound of the sea and can savor its salty scent when you are on the large patio with a large mosquito net area. However, access is possible, very close at the end of the street. There is also a space to make a fire to liven up your evenings.
