We loved our stay! I loved having the coffee Jorge provided in the balcony every morning while enjoying the view. The apartment felt like home. It is well located near the town center, local market, supermarket, etc. Jorge is an amazing host. He took the time to meet up at check-in, showed us around the unit and pointed out local attractions. We also appreciated the wine and pastries he left for us when we checked in. I am so glad we found this place and I would definitely stay again!

Marli is a very busy hard working person who always made time to help us and respond to questions we had. We enjoyed Armamar and Marli’s apartment. Quick access by car to the Douro River. Thank you again Marli.

Amazing and beautiful apartment with a killer view. So much space and so clean, we loved every minute.

Ana was a great host, the apartment was fully stocked and had so many special additions, like meat, cheese, and bread, fruit, eggs, and other breakfast foods in the pantry. Fresh bread on the door in the morning!! Wine in the refrigerator😃 Pinhao is great to explore and be a homebase. It was wonderful to relax on the balcony and play cards in the living room after a long day of fun.

We absolutely enjoyed the village and the surroundings, the woods, the river, the fountain, the friendly locals, and the peacefulness with the birds songs as the only sound around!

Thanks to Tania and Carla for the care and attention and for the outstanding breakfast each day. And for doing a shop for us on the first day before our arrival. We would definitely recommend the chef at home meal. Great food and service by the guys with traditional Portuguese dishes on offer. Fantastic stay; we didn’t want to leave….ever! Outstanding! The property is a little paradise. There's everything you need. You can relax by the pool or work out at the paddle court. Breakfast is delivered to the apartment and is great. I'd love to come back.

We've had an amazing 4 days here. It's just a perfect location and we felt at home here. The pool, the view, the garden with grill - everything was just perfect. The only 'negative' things, if you can call them negative, is that the bathroom is on a different floor than the bedrooms, and that the parking is a bit tight for a large car. We can fully recommend this place to anyone looking for a private getaway in a beautiful location.

Spacious, comfortable house with beautiful outdoor space, very pleasant shaded terrace. Good location for visiting Porto and the Douro Valley. "Méandro" restaurant next door, cheap, excellent with splendid views of the Douro. Graça and her husband are welcoming and responsive. The only downside is the presence of barking dogs ++ (kennel?). Graça has nothing to do with it, but noise nuisance to report.

Amazing property and view. We had a terrific time. The property worked great for our group. Best sunset! Marco and his crew were extremely responsive. Driving in the Douro Valley is not for the faint of heart. We had a ball!

A few highlights: the kitchen is fully equipped, the space is family friendly, and the landscape is amazing. This is my favorite airbnb booking, and I travel a lot. This home is absolutely beautiful, we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. Everything we could possibly need was there, from a fully equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches throughout the house and garden. It was spotless, and we especially appreciated the fresh citrus and eggs from the birds next to the property waiting for us. Carolina and her husband are exceptional hosts, warm, generous, and incredibly helpful. All their recommendations were perfect. Do note that a car is essential, and confident driving is a must in the area. The game room with the pool table was a great bonus, especially on rainy days. The nature, the views, and the garden were all stunning. Our only regret was not staying longer.

Excellent, clean, and modern apartment! It had everything one could need, including a stocked kitchen with great coffee, a nice shower, and air conditioning. The bed was comfortable and the place overall was peaceful, which made it easy to rest. Parking was easily accessible at a nearby garage. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I highly recommend Maria as a host. His daughter welcomed me very well, explained everything and showed me the common or private rooms in the apartment for me because I had my room and my bathroom/wc . The apartment is on the 6th floor but it's very quiet.

Great location, close to the historic center, Guimarães Shopping, bus station, restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of shops. The structure of the apartment is very good and with impeccable cleanliness. The room is large and the atmosphere is peaceful. The family welcomed me very warmly and I am very grateful for the stay.
