Cozy place next to nature and the city

The site is a few meters from the city, next to nature at the foot of Serra das Águas. The place is very safe, with an electronic gate and a caretaker. The house is small and comfortable for up to 6 people. It has a large outdoor space with a lawn, lake, waterfall with a natural pool of running water and tropical forest. Very quiet place, ideal for those who like nature, fresh air, mild climate, bathing in running water, traveling with pets, children, families, romantic couples and a group of friends.

Beautiful house, with 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suites, toilet, living room with TV, dining room, indoor kitchen and outdoor kitchen with table for 12 people. Covered garage. Lambari is part of the Water Circuit of Minas Gerais, where alkaline, magnesian and carbonated waters gush from the springs. Close to the center and Parque das Águas.
