Condo holiday rentals in Lam Luk Ka District

Absolute last minute booking as we booked it on the day of arrival, but the place was ready and clean. Very comfortable and the place included everything needed. Good location near a metro station and mall. High floor so no noise. Very good gym and pool. Internet is quite slow compared to other places in Bangkok but still works.

Wonderful stay, Heart was an awesome host and so helpful with recommendations for places to stay and eat. I did appreciate the location close to MRT and BTS hubs and felt the area was not “touristy”. The place was clean and comfortable with everything I needed. Would definitely return and recommend.

We booked 2 units for business trip from Benny, who is a friendly and nice landlord. We quite enjoy the stay during these days, and we really appreciate Benny's help for everything, like Grab car, show us the way for MTR, change bed sheets on time, and room clean service, etc. He also recommend the Koh Kret for sightseeing, which is a very famous island, and worth to go. In all, thanks so much for his hospitality. We would love to book again if we go near there.

Lovely big and quiet apartment with beautiful wooden furniture and comfy bed. Big wraparound balcony gives amazing 270-degree views including the river and bridge. It’s very well equipped and the wifi, aircon and everything else I used works fine. Suaida literally replies to messages in ten minutes and has to be the best, most helpful and charming host ever! There’s no washing machine in the apartment but cheap pay-for machines are up on the roof near the pool. Situated next to Tonsak Market, now a giant all-day food-court with hundreds of stalls, it’s a long way from the centre, but only a 5 minute walk to the MRT. Ferries from the pier under the station take you all the way to Sathorn for 30b and the huge Westgate Mall is just a few minutes on the MRT.

Alles in einem so angenehmen und freundlichen Vibe. Das Apartment war wie beschrieben, absolut gemütlich und unfassbar sauber! Die Anlage mit insgesamt 3 Pools und das Gym einfach nur traumhaft. Peter and his wife were amazing hosts, making their Airbnb feel like a home away from home. Even before our trip, Peter checked in to understand our needs and remained super responsive throughout our stay. The moment we arrived, we could see the care put into every detail—spotless, cosy, and stocked with thoughtful touches like snacks, fruits, water, and even laundry detergent. The panoramic sunrise views were breathtaking! Midway through our stay, Peter even asked if we needed anything topped up, which was so thoughtful. The condo is secure, family-friendly, and perfect for concertgoers (near Impact Arena), medical visits (many good hospitals around), or those wanting to stay close to Don Mueang Airport. Shopping and dining options like Lotus’s, Charn The Avenue, and Big C are just 10 minutes away. Peter and his wife are passionate, genuine and kind, and go the extra mile for their guests. Apartment is just as pictured. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Although I did see a couple of bugs but that's normal for Thailand. You are also provided with basic hygiene products as well as detergent for the washing machine. Self check-in was easy as the instructions provided are very clear and simple. I had a very short overnight stay as I was just passing through Bangkok but the apartment is about a 12 min drive from DMK airport. Host was friendly the few times we communicated. Plenty of space for a family or group of friends.

although the location is a bit far from Bkk, there are lots to do in the area of ngamongwan. the place is beautiful and secure. near 2 7/11s and a few mins away from the MRT purple line. 20 mins walk to the Esplanade (cinema/mini mall + a grocery store). I'd recommend it for people who want to stay somewhere with not much noise or pollution
