The apartment is located in a small village at 800m altitude, in the middle of the skiing, hiking and recreation area Sonnenwald surrounded by numerous hiking trails, skiing and cross-country skiing slopes. In the large apartment awaits you a wood oven, coffee maker, washing machine, Netlix, 1 double bed + a large sofa bed, WiFi, oven and a delicious bakery right in the house!

Pretty weird

Our house is located 2 km from the center of Deggendorf at a slight elevation. The loosely built residential area is surrounded by greenery with no through traffic. The nearby mixed forests invite you to take a relaxing walk. The holiday apartment with its own bathroom is located on the entire upper floor of the house. The sloping ceilings create a very cozy atmosphere. Solid wood furniture and cork floors with natural surfaces contribute to a healthy, comfortable climate.

Time out at Klopferbach

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street nestled in the countryside. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020, consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic amenities, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. The Klopferbacherl flows at the foot of the property and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a pub pool.

A bright, friendly 2-room apartment awaits you at the gateway to the Bavarian Forest. The quiet yet central location is a perfect base for your activities and explorations. The apartment is on the lower floor of a detached house and is about 50 square meters. It is freshly renovated as well as lovingly and extensively furnished. The bedroom can accommodate two people. Another person can make themselves comfortable on the sofa bed in the living room.
