Adhiraj was an excellent and accommodating host, and the property itself was top-notch. It’s clean, modern, and fully equipped with all necessary amenities. When we experienced an issue with the AC, he promptly had it fixed without hesitation. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay, whether short or long term.

This is a wonderful place to stay to explore Patan. You are near the square without being right next to it and there are lovely restaurants and shops near the apartment. The place was special and we loved hangout on the rooftop balcony. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic experience staying at this cozy Airbnb in Patan. Sachin is an excellent host. During the 2 months we stayed here we were never concerned that he wasn’t always attentive and available if needed. The apartment is modern and well appointed, especially compared to other places we’ve staying in Nepal. The entrance is down an alley that provides some separation from the busy streets nearby. It’s very close to Patan Durbar Square so a lot to see in and around the area. It’s a much more authentic stay that Thamel. We highly recommend.

I booked this Airbnb on behalf of a friend who was very satisfied with the stay at Pranay’s. According to my friend the apartment was squeaky clean and filled with all amenities you could want. The location was perfect and Pranay was very responsive and pleasant to deal with as well. Would definitely recommend to others!

The unit is great, everything was like in description, beautiful surroundings, peaceful atmosphere, lovely views from rooftop, fully furnished kitchen(at least there were everything i needed), a lot of space for living in comfort, wonderful, responsible housekeeper and host. It is also in walkable distance from Patan Darbar Square and mangal bazar where I liked spending time with a cup of masala tea 😁 l was satisfied with everything so that stayed there almost two months. Thank you guys for your professionalism and hospitality! Hope see you again.

Perfect deal. Pretty noisy in the mornings, but you can just wear some earplugs and that's it. the place is way bigger than I expected WiFi works but is not the best, comes and goes pretty often. very clean and the host very responsive. I liked the place, I would stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The apartment is super cozy and quiet – despite what some reviews say, I didn’t find it noisy at all. I actually liked it so much that I extended my stay. Everything I needed was right around the corner – shops, cafés, and local spots. It’s a comfortable place to come back to after a day out in Kathmandu. Would definitely recommend!

Studio Near Patan Durbar Square

Loved this apartment! It is in a beautiful old Newari house, yet with all modern amenities. The location is fantastic to explore Patan. Only a couple of minutes walk from Patan Durbar Square yet really peaceful in a nice courtyard overlooking a small temple. Really good restaurants nearby, and it is easy to explore from there. Sanjip was extremely helpful, providing excellent recommendations and always available if I needed anything. There's a washing machine and a kitchen available, but I was happy with the hot plate, kettle etc, provided in the room, so I didn't use the kitchen. I'm so happy I chose to stay in Patan. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
