Plenty of parking (5 cars). Several marinas nearby for launching and rentals. Beds: 1 king, 2 queens, 1 set of bunk bed and a trundle bed(loft). Flat screen TVs in all bedrooms with the exception of the bunk room. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. Community shore (rocky) line access.

You will find yourself in rural PA, yet close enough to walk to the shops and restaurants in town. Get away from the hustle and bustle of city life and enjoy a few peaceful days in our lovely town. Garage parking for one car or a 15 minute walk from the Shoreline bus drop-off.

Just minutes from downtown Hamlet of Narrowsburg and the Delaware River there is so much to see and do here. You could also stay at home and enjoy a meal on the spacious private deck, explore the property, bird watch, or let your worries melt away in the sauna.

There are 7 acres with river views and access . River is a couple hundred yards from cottage, lots of lawn, hammock, kayaking, lawn games, board games, hiking, fire pits, lots to do or just relax.
