Welcome to our cozy apartment in Zurich! Discover the beautiful ambience and enjoy relaxing moments on the spacious sun terrace. Thanks to the central location, you can be at the airport or main train station in just 15 minutes. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and impresses with its extensive amenities: built-in wardrobe, elegant bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, a large bed (1.8 x 2 m) and a pull-out second bed (1.6 x 2 m), smart TV and much more! :)

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and we are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.

The apartment is located in a vacation home in a quiet location with a large garden directly above Lake Lucerne in historic central Switzerland and is close to the SwissHolidayPark leisure and spa complex in the Stoos ski and hiking area. Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.
