Very friendly and welcoming host, clean and comfortable

This place is amazing. The property is big with all the amenities and a great garden. The 3 bathrooms make the stay very convenient. It is located very close to the lake and lucerne city center. The owner, Giuseppe, is friendly, provided all needed instructions and set up the cot for us. There is also one parking spot available. Definitely a great stay in Lucerne.

Both Regula and her husband, Satcha, were extremely helpful and welcoming. They walked us through the entire property, explaining how everything worked....they even had the pool cleaned spotlessly...they had an outdoor pizza oven and a small garden with herbs for your cooking, and lettuce growing which we were welcome to use. The house had everything that we could have possibly needed, and they checked on us a couple of times to make sure that we had everything that we need. I would highly recommend this home for your traveling and vacation needs!

We stayed here with a family of 6 and had a great time! We actually are booking it again to return to Germany from Italy. So, would definitely stay again!😊

Well-maintained family home in a prime location by the lake, close to the train station and shopping facilities. There is so much to do - sports, hiking, cycling, lakes, museums. Very nice landlords who always have time for you.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Stephen was very responsive and was quick to help us with a family emergency that we had. The accomodations of the home was exactly as desribed. The washer, dryer and all of the amenities were easy to use. We enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was while still being close to restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend this place. Stephen was an excellent host.

Beautifully located apartment to discover the region. The apartment is clean and functional, although the fact that it is on 3 floors makes it less convenient. Tania's communication and hospitality were pleasant and efficient. I recommend it!

Pros: This place is beautiful. It's exactly like the pictures. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. Cons: The google map directions took us down a bike path that we were clearly not supposed to be on and that path dead ended so we couldn't get through. We had to back up and navigate our way back up to the main road and disregard the map directions and figure it out another way. The real road/bike path that did allow us to get to the house was filled with bikers who seemed angry that we were on the path in the first place even though there was no other way to get to the carport. So, that was stressful every time we had to leave or return. Aside from that this place is wonderful. We highly recommend it!

It was the perfect place for us to stay. The hosts are very friendly, everything worked out as agreed. The location is excellent. We can absolutely recommend the apartment.

It was lovely place, pretty close to the town area with COOP departmental store next door. Very elegant designed rooms and nice balcony. Highly recommended for someone wanting to live in peace and witness swiss style of living.

Pete & Tessa’s place was amazing for our 3 night stay in Lucern! It was really easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go, the place had a lovely view and it was very very confortable! This place is amazing! Perfect for our one day stay in Brienz, still comfortable even with a one year old. The views are to die for! This is the perfect location, you are next to the train station, the boat dock, and most importantly, the beautiful water! The place was so cute and cozy and clean. They have many dishes to use and anything else you may need kitchen wise. Everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed 5 night stay here. We felt very convenient to explore the surroundings & popular places by easy bus & train everyday. Believe the hype! Perfect place to stay for our family of 5 (5 yr old, 3 yr old, 1 yr old). Sabine went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable after our travel from the States, going as far as to grabbing us a few groceries so we wouldn’t have to go out the night we arrived. Sabine’s place was clean and had all the things we needed including a crib, high chair, changing table and toys for the kids. The location was perfect and a close walk to the bus stop and the port. We were only a quick boat ride away from Lucerne and other major towns. Also a block or two away are a small grocery store, butcher, and great bakery. Book Sabine’s place, you won’t regret it.

We were in the cottage last week, had perfect weather. The location by the lake.... what can we say. Fantastically beautiful. Nestled in nature and close to Zurich. Great location! Phil, a host like no other. Attentive, friendly, respectful of privacy. Charming. Even provided us with a stand-up paddle. All in all, we had a wonderful time. We will be happy to come back. One of the most beautiful views I have seen.

This place is a romantic spot on Lake Zurich that is truly one of a kind. Those who have a narrow understanding of nature and can do without luxury will really feel comfortable and at home here and love this place. Cool.

We stayed at Giulio's beautiful Rustico from Friday to Sunday – and it was just perfect! The house is furnished with a lot of love for detail, authentic, cozy and in a fantastic location. Everything was very clean and well prepared. We would like to highlight the communication: Giulio was always available, warm, helpful and gave us many great tips about the area. Already in advance, the exchange was very pleasant and straightforward – you immediately feel welcome. We can fully recommend this special place and will be happy to come back!

Beautiful location, friendly and responsive host. All amenities mentioned were provided. There’s no kitchen as mentioned, but can use microwave, kettle and hot pot to warm or cook basic stuff. No issues if you’re coming by car, but in case of walking, as all of the bus stops are downhill, it could be a tough walk. Also it’s because the place is uphill you get such beautiful lake view. Pool table is icing on the cake. So thankful to the host for letting us use washer and dryer. Also we were given croissants, nutella on arrival, overall a great stay.
