Holiday rentals with a patio in Lake View, Chicago

My experience with Paul was the best experience I have had booking with Air B and B. His communication was friendly and prompt. He answered all my questions before booking. Upon arriving, his check-in instructions were extremely easy and he explained things throughly. Entering the home was exactly as his pictures showed. Everything was clean and organized. He checked in shortly after our check-in time to make sure everything was up to par and asked if we needed anything. The home was nestled in a residential neighborhood and it was quiet, peaceful and safe. The beds were extremely comfortable which is always a plus when on vacation! I asked him for a couple recommended grocery stores that were close and he gave me great suggestions. All his amenities allowed us to cook at home and enjoy meals as a family. Checkout was super easy. We will defiantly reach out to Paul again when we make it back to Chicago. If I could give more than 5 stars I defiantly would! Highly recommended!

Such a stylish and cozy spot in the heart of Andersonville! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the space had so much charm. Just steps away from great shops, restaurants, and everything else you would need near Clark street. Would definitely stay again!

I had a lovely stay at this Airbnb. Very close to North Pond, Lincoln Park and Clark Avenue. It was clean and well maintained. Hatice (co-host) was very responsive and answered texts immediately! Definitely a gem. Will be back!

This was a very cute one bedroom apartment. It was perfect for my husband, myself and my daughter. Extremely clean. So sweet they left treats and snacks! Host was very nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

Overall great stay! The location was very quiet and free of city noise. Close enough to everywhere we wanted to go. The team was very communicative and answered all questions we had in a very timely manner.

My family spent three nights at Thomas’s place, and we loved it! The location was perfect, it was spotlessly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The noise from the El didn’t bother us, but it would probably cause problems for light sleepers. We would definitely stay there again!

Staying at Matt’s Air BnB was a fantastic experience. We stayed with our two kids and another couple and the space was perfect for our group. The spacious, fenced in yard made for a great hangout space for our toddler to safely run around. The house looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean. Nicole and Matt were extremely responsive and excellent hosts. The bnb was in an awesome location in Lincoln Park with lots of great bars, restaurants and close proximity to the plethora of attractions in downtown Chicago. I would stay there again and recommend this lovely town home to all!

Staying at the Grand Kimball Lodge was fantastic! From Bob's proactive communication to his flexibility around check in times, the stay was as seamless as it was memorable. We had a group of 9 and everyone had their own bed, which is rare being so centrally located. The sauna was an excellent bonus, and we'd be happy to come back, thanks again!

We enjoyed a week of comfortable stay at Matt’s place! We were a family of 5 people and had enough space for everyone! We came for my daughter’s wedding and it was great to have lots of things/amenities that helped us prepare for the wedding! Garage spot was helpful! The condo is in a quiet and attractive neighborhood and the hosts answered my few questions promptly. The place was very clean and although the bedrooms were small, it was nice that each of us (nana and two teens) could have their own space.

We had a great stay for an extended wedding weekend with our entire family. Adrian's home was clean, modern, and well appointed. The beds were all very comfortable and linens were very soft. We felt very safe and the garage parking spot was a nice addition. I would highly recommend his home and would not hesitate to rebook there in the future.

We enjoyed our time at this apartment! Nestled in the Bucktown neighborhood of the city, which is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful homes. Nearby Wicker Park and Logan Square have a lot to offer, as well as Lincoln Park (the neighborhood) not being too far away either. While the bedroom and bathroom are on the smaller side, that’s just city life and it is a perfect retreat for 1-2 people. It’s very stylish yet cozy with the decor and all updated appliances and bathroom. I would take note of the stairs for this unit in particular, as it’s on the second level but they were fine and the patio deck was nice! We really appreciated Lauren being accommodating to our late booking. We would definitely stay here again!

The neighborhood has a welcoming, upscale vibe, which added to our peace of mind. A quick heads-up: the unit is a second-floor walk-up accessed via a private entry. Inside, as you can see has the spiral staircase; a unique architectural feature, but if you’re traveling with heavy luggage, it’s something to keep in mind.
