The tea room still retains the meticulous work of Kyoto craftsmen, and time passes quietly and calmly. During your stay, please choose your favourite from the authentic tea bowls and enjoy the experience of making matcha yourself. We provide a tea whisk and matcha. There is also a library where you can experience Japanese culture and art, and a small study, the "Reading & Writing Nook", bathed in soft light through the shoji.
