The apartment is located in Rotermann Quarter, which combines old industrial buildings and modern architecture, is located in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town, the harbor and Viru Center. Located just 3 minutes walk from Bus station and 3 minutes drive from Airport. Building is architectural pearl of Tallinn. Apartment is on the 12 floor - fantastic views to the city and the Baltic sea. Parking is available in the yard. A small grocery shop just at the front door and an other one a block away.

City center is within walking distance (about 1 km or 15 min walk). The apartment has a lot of morning sun and 6th floor offers nice views on the city.
