Holiday rentals with breakfast in Lake Travis

Caitlin's bungalow in the East Ceasar Chavez area of Austin was a great fit for two of us to have as our home base during our 5 day visit to Austin to attend the MotoGP race. It's clean, cozy, and quiet. Very quiet area and neighbourhood and within walking distance to many coffee shops, restaurants, food trucks. Also, it's a 10 minute electric scooter ride to downtown! The next time I have the fortune of visiting Austin I will look to see if there is availability here.

Great home! We had lots of room and privacy for our family. We stayed 3 nights so we could attend a music festival in Georgetown. This was a perfect location. You could walk to the cute bars and restaurants in downtown Round Rock, and easy access to freeways. The highlight was getting to enjoy the hot tub after being on our feet all day at the music festival!! Beautiful decorated, had everything we needed and more!!

We had an issue with the shower in the bathroom, but once Maggie responded, she was very helpful with providing numerous ways to assist while she was out of town. The backyard is fabulous for pups! Great little spot for a quick trip to Austin!

House was great and lots of fun stuff for kids. Kitchen seems new and was beautiful. Walking distance to cool things and in a fun neighborhood that felt very safe. Ideal home for families.

The home was great of course, but what made this booking more special than most was Brittnee's willingness to open her heart and help me out. My initial booking cancelled and It was one week from a huge festival. There was no way I could find nor afford another place for our party in one week. Brittnee happened to have a cancellation as well and she was kind enough to work with me to book her home. You can't always know everyones personal story, especially on an App, but I will be forever grateful to Brittnee for her kind heart. The home is perfect and I look forward to renting from her again!

Great place to stay, very close to everything fun to do in Austin

Overall, the house was great! We had 16 stay there pretty comfortably and the place did not feel too cramped or small. In fact, the common area of the upper unit felt much bigger than pictured. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and felt safe. The driveway parking was a little tight, but there was plenty of space always available on the street near the house. The HVAC system gave us some issues but the host was on top of trying to fix them super quickly. The host was quick to communicate and even called me about the HVAC issues.

My family and I enjoyed our son 2nd birthday celebration. This home is very spacious, clean, and comforting. We enjoyed the activities and space Horseshoe Bay has offered. Our family truly enjoy our stay.

Jane was more than accommodating and went the extra mile to bring my pup some treats on our second day of the trip. My puppy had found some thing to disassemble while I was out on business and Jane an agreeable and negotiable as I promised to pay for anything that needed to be replaced. She didn’t even request any amount as to what I need to pay so I paid what I deemed a fair amount would be and she was more than agreeable with what I had offered. 10-10 would definitely recommend and would stay here anytime I was in town.

This has got to be the most spotless Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It was very cozy and just as described. I will definitely be booking again! ☺️

All in all, our stay was great. It's a really unique property with fun eclectic amenities. The location was perfect. The historical area was really lovely. It felt like a safe place to stay. Having dedicated and secure parking is real plus! We plan on staying again in the future and exploring the area more.

One of the best Airbnbs I stayed at. The place was super clean and had everything I needed. The only weird thing that happened was something that the host has no control over - there was some kind of weird loud electrical type buzzing noise coming form the outside, that would come and go at random times a few times over the weekend, that's all. It was not anything inside the apartment. The apartment is awesome, I would stay there again any time.

Maxx was great for our group. Had to last minute book a new Airbnb due to the previous one being unsafe. Unbelievably responsive and proactive in helping us and ensure we felt comfortable and safe with our stay.

There was a small issue with my original booking, but it was an unpreventable circumstance. The host was incredibly understanding and communicated everything clearly, offering me a smooth alternative by suggesting the Blue Aggie. I really appreciated their kindness and the effort to ensure my stay was still a great experience. I also love the mission behind this tiny home—it’s refreshing to support a place with values that resonate with me. As someone who is conscious of where I spend, staying here felt like a thoughtful choice. I would absolutely love to return to stay in Kasita in the future.

We're back! This time we brought friends with us and rented all of the rooms in the house. The house and all rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Myra is friendly and a gracious host. We stayed 2 days and her breakfast was awesome! She made her famous buttery scrambled eggs with toast and bacon. There was also fruit and fresh squeezed orange juice and grapefruit juice. She okays her plan for breakfast with you beforehand in case there is a dietary restriction. She took us on an UTV tour of the property to meet and greet the animals. She brought plenty of carrots for our group to feed the animals and taught us how to properly feed them with an open palm. Lily, the zebra, was really friendly. We came at a good time: the baby zebra, Rockstar, had just joined the family a few months ago. Myra and Collin also just brought an Eland to the property. The paddleboats & hot tub were also great. Everyone had a great time. We hope to come back again!

Cute place to stay for a night. Helen invited me for breakfast and it was great!

This is my third time staying at Adis & Jose’s place as I was planning my cross country move to Austin and my daughter and I have loved our stays here. They’re both kind and accommodating hosts and I would absolute recommend their place to everyone!

Ron and Sue made it such an enjoyable stay. From their warm welcome upon arrival, their beautiful home and grounds, and wonderful room and bathroom. Bed was very comfortable and Ron and Sue were outstanding hosts ! Would definitely come again while in Georgetown.

The place was very cute and “shabby chic.” We went to lake Travis on a rainy day so it was nice to have a comfy and homey space to sit through the rain. My mom and brother enjoyed the hot tub in the rain. I stayed in because I was under the weather. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space to store our suitcases in the closet. We would definitely return on a sunny day, so that we could visit the lake too!
