At dusk, you can spend a heartwarming time with your loved ones surrounded by the beautiful lake and the sunset. This beautiful moonlit bay has also been used as a movie set. 'Hatago no Muraya', which has been loved by so many people, will reopen as a fully private rental. *All rooms are now non-smoking!

Please note that the Hatago Muraya can only accommodate groups of two or more people. Our house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just about a 2-minute drive from the Date highway exit. Datemombetsu Station can be reached in around 7 minutes by car. With a 10–15 minute walk, you can get to the city center, where you’ll find supermarkets and restaurants of all kinds (ramen, sushi kaiten, izakaya, and various fast-food places). From April to November, we provide bicycles free of charge, which you can use to get around the city.
