Perfect waterfront vacation rental for enjoying the outdoors. Spend your days relaxing and soaking in the sun on the large deck with 12x12 gazebo. Small beach area and dock. In winter months we recommend having a vehicle with 4x4 or all wheel drive with good winter tires as our private road can get slippery. Our home is situated 10 minutes from the friendly city of North Bay on the shores of beautiful Trout Lake. We have over 1600 sq. ft. of living space that has been recently renovated with high end finishes. The Airbnb is the complete ground floor just steps from the water. The hosts live on the top floor and have separate entrances. Small pets are allowed but not on the furniture and beds. We do expect that you clean up after them. There is a $20 pet fee for with the extra cleaning.
