The APPI Snow Mountain Resort area has shops, restaurants, and convenience stores, and there is also a supermarket about 20 minutes away by car. There are also great hot spring areas such as Matsukawa Onsen, and Hachimantai Ski Resort and Shimokura Ski Resort are also nearby. It is a cool highland area at an altitude of 900 m, so you can enjoy the natural air conditioning in the summer and a comfortable stay in the warm rooms in the winter. The bed is equipped with 1 king size, 2 semi-double size, and a sofa bed, and we will provide a separate folding mattress and bedding depending on the number of guests.The king and semi-double beds are made with a koala mattress, making it a very comfortable bed. There is a 24-hour convenience store within a 5-minute walk, and you can buy rice and agave sake and craft beer in the refrigerator at any time during your stay. There is also a kitchen, condiments, cooking utensils, etc., so you can cook what you shop at the roadside station, supermarket, etc. We aim to make it a cozy place where you can relax and unwind, like returning to your child's house.Enjoy your stay.

Halcoya Hanare is a separate building from Halcoya, and is an owner-less, entire home rental. This is a small, newly built house that can accommodate up to 3 people. * Please note that Halcoya Hanare does not currently have WiFi.

Welcome to Room Third floor　3005 at Himes MD! It is a 6-minute drive from Morioka Station. If you take the bus, it is a 1-minute walk from the nearest bus stop, Izumiyashiki, from Morioka Station. This room can accommodate up to 5 people. One free parking space is available. There are many restaurants and tourist spots nearby, as well as Morioka Central Park, making it a convenient base for sightseeing. Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. Share Village Machimura

This is an old thatched house built in 143 years ago. The family that has lived in the house for generations has protected it, but it was planned to be demolished because of the financial issues in 2014. In order to preserve the original landscape of the satoyama for the next generation, we revitalize the house as a membership guest house. However, the activities were stopped due to the pandemic. In June 2024 we reopened the house as a private accommodation place (rental vacation house).
