I had a wonderful stay at this cozy house in Dilijan. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by breathtaking views and peaceful nature. The house itself is warm, comfortable, and beautifully designed. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to others.

I stayed at this place for four days while looking for a permanent apartment in Yerevan. I chose to book Vahan’s place because it seemed so cozy, comfortable, and welcoming in AirBnb! Vahan was always available to chat if I had any questions. Moreover, this place is a hub for creative people - you don’t find places like this everywhere! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I had a great experience here. The apartment is exactly as described in the pictures, everything works, and it’s clean. The location is in a quiet neighborhood close to several grocery stores and greengrocers. Very close to the center but away from the chaos.

Marina was awesome, accommodating, helpful, kind, responsive. The apartment was beautiful with many amenities. Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back.

Liana's place is the best stay I've experienced in Yerevan and elsewhere. The very large studio is so well designed and furnished that I think it would meet Airbnb "luxe" standards for those criteria. The location couldn't be better for an active experience in Yerevan: in the middle of one of the highest concentration of cafes and restaurants and just 300 meters from the Opera-ballet and symphony hall complex where the curtains are up almost every night. I saw La Traviata two nights ago and I'm attending Masquerade in two days. There is also a grocery store in the building and as Armenia's amazing fruits come into season you can enjoy them without going far. The only minor drawback is that it's in a very active area and it can get a bit noisy in the evening hours. I wish I could stay longer but these were the only days of availibilty.

Great meetup with Gog on arrival with clear instructions on the amenities in the appt. The place is superb, so clean and well organised for the traveller. It had 4 single beds in 2 bedrooms so ample space and well worth the price. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipd A bit of a walk to Republic Square but a pleasant one. I couldn't find any faults at all and would gladly stay there again.

Clean, spacious, cozy apartments with good renovation. Comfortable beds, a great sofa in the living room. There is everything you need: plates, glasses, washing machine, air conditioning, iron. The bathroom even has cotton pads, and we were also given disposable slippers! :) I lived here for a few days with my friends, I liked everything! A wonderful host, responds very quickly to all questions. The location is also great: the center of Yerevan, everything is close, there are a lot of cafes, busy streets, places for breakfast and dinner. Right at the house, there is a shop and a stall with fruits and vegetables. 15 minutes to the Cascade. Outside the apartment windows - some kind of construction, but we didn't hear any noise (maybe the construction isn't functioning now). Very attractive price for such cool apartments. Great and spacious apartment. 5 minutes walk to Republic Square, 10 mins to Opera House, 7 mins to North Avenue. Team is very responsive and proactive - we requested baby crib and baby chair - both were provided before our check in.

Highly recommend Arpine's place. Its <10 minute from the skiing resort and market, additionally you can find a snacks store in the building itself. Apartment was clean and organized.

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!

Great location everything is near by . 3 min walk to central square. Many cafes and restaurants is near by . Apartment is in new building , very clean and same that you see on photos. We arrived very late and it is very comfortable self check in . Highly recommended this apartments.

Nice place in the center of the city.

Wonderful apartment, close to the center and yet in a quite quiet neighborhood. Within a walking distance from the main sights, as well as supermarkets and restaurants. Margarita is very hospitable, went to meet with a very early check-in, and also to extend her stay for another day. The apartment is very nice, large, you can see that everything is done and furnished as for yourself, with a soul. Thank you very much, the trip to Yerevan became even better thanks to a stop in such a cozy place!
