Our stay at Arshak’s place was fantastic! The house was beautiful and impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed and good view. The home was cozy and Arshak was always available to answer our questions. We can’t wait to come back!

Очень радушный и гостеприимный хозяин , быстро реагировал на все наши просьбы и даже подарил нам бутылку великолепного вина . Территория виллы очень красивая! Было немного обидно от того, насколько сильно весной были обрезаны кусты (практически до голых веток), но внешний вид локации они не сильно портили. Деревянный жилой дом полон удобств и очень, очень уютный. В нем дико приятно находиться, и он со вкусом обустроен. Дополнительное строение со столовой, кухней и комнатой отдыха также великолепно, в нем мы проводили большую часть времени во время посещения виллы. Отдельный плюс за бильярдный стол) Общение с RIS было комфортным, мы несколько раз договаривались о посещении виллы перед бронированием и заездом. Отвечали на сообщения всегда довольно быстро и всегда по делу Единственный минус этой прекрасной виллы – цена аренды. Локация очень красива, но из-за высокой цены сюда нельзя просто приехать отдохнуть на выходные: такие траты может оправдать лишь какое-то особое событие

We had a great stay at this cosy place in the middle of the forest. It was quiet and surrounded by nature, perfect for relaxing. The hosts were very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our time there!

Мы провели три дня с семьёй с маленьким ребенком в доме. С самого бронирования Давид был на связи, подсказывал и давал рекомендации относительно поездки. Для маленькой гостьи хозяин дома специально подготовил кроватку и стульчик для кормления, а при заселении нас ждала домашняя пахлава! Дом просторный, с красивой ухоженной территорией и хорошей мебелью. Ещё на территории живёт черепаха, это был полный восторг для ребенка) Мы застали роскошное цветение роз на территории дома. Бассейном и сауной воспользоваться не успели, но они также были готовы к использованию. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания, включая тапочки, шампуни и гели для душа. В пешей доступности есть магазины (примерно в 300 м - маленький магазин и примерно в 500-600м - достаточно большой супермаркет, но до него нужно немного пройти в гору). До центра города около 15 мин на такси. Также работают доставки продуктов. Мы остались довольны и благодарим Давида за помощь в различных вопросах!

What a lovely home! Super close to some fantastic restaurants and the best of what Dilijan has to offer. The place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our family of 4. Arevik is a delight to communicate with: she was responsive, helpful and highly accommodating. Would recommend this home in a heartbeat!

We are regular airbnb travelers and would rate Karen's place as the nicest we have ever been to. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, a beautiful place where life has its own pace. The place was very clean, self-made, had everything we needed to feel at home for a long stay - really sometimes even better than at home. To describe it shortly, it is a whole house at your command! WIth its own pool, beautiful garden, even domestic birds! Karen made sure that it is the best place to stay, the amount of work he put in this place is outstanding. Communication with him was great too - he provided everything we needed - even though we had a long stay, was always available and genuinely a great and kind person! We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment as this is one of the best experiences on this app. We are looking forward to staying here again!

100% recommended!!! A little tip: Make sure to take everything that you need with you, because the market is quite far. Now the review: First of all the host was very friendly and responsive. He promptly and kindly answered to all of our questions. The house was as in the pictures. Though the road to the village was a little difficult, but not impossible even for sedan models. And it was worth it. No other houses around, just the amazingly beautiful nature, only the sound of the birds. All of us enjoyed the stay. If I had chance I would stay there for months.

Уютный и красивый дом с ухоженной территорией и мангалом. Прямо через дорогу находится Севан + потрясающий вид на него со второго этажа. Можно лежать в шезлонге и смотреть на воду. В спальнях чистое и хрустящее белое постельное белье, большой набор посуды на любые случаи жизни. Единственное, было мало мыла (почти не было) и туалетной бумаги 😶‍🌫️ В 1 км от дома два магазина с продуктами и в другую сторону в 500 метрах спуск на дикий живописный пляж 👌

I had an amazing stay! The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. Anahit is an awesome amazing host. All needed things were available at the place. Comfortable bed. Shower had excellent hot water and everything was clean and easy to find in the home. Beautiful surroundings. Grocery stores and restaurants footsteps nearby. I’m planning on returning soon again.

Nariné's place was really good ! we were 4, the rooms were good, the appartment had a stunning view on Mount Ararat and really 2 minutes from Cascade. Nariné was also a great host, very helpful and responsive!

This place was impeccable! The host, Gurgen was super responsive and accommodating. The house was clean, luxurious and safe. Bathrooms were clean with lots of toiletries. Kitchen had everything one needs for a nice getaway. I would highly recommend it for families who would like to spend quality time together.

This is a hidden gem, I don’t want many people to find it because I loved it so much. The views were stunning and our host was the kindest woman. We will be coming back, and we will be staying here again.

Was sweet like our home. Modern, great and peaceful apartment and place to live as we live here for 29 days with great views, beautiful and clean, nice BBQ patio with amazing mountains views, fresh with warm hospitality. Two separate flats in amazing conditions. Syuzanna is very responsible and very friendly. This house is so close to the supermarkets and main road which is you can find everything you wand very easily with really good and fair prices. Me and my wife very happy to choose and live here for this Armenia trip. Dilijan is really nice city and of course we will be choosing it again and again.

Отличное большое жилье, со всеми удобствами, не далеко от аэропорта. Хозяин нас встретил в аэропорту как дорогих гостей, отвез нас в дом. Мы покушали у него в кафе. Очень рекомендую остановиться в этом доме.

Great place to stay outside the city. House itself, nature and animals around are great

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Mane’s house in Yerevan. The 2-story house, with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably fitted our family of 6 adults and a 5-year-old boy. One of the bedrooms had a lot of kids’ toys, and our child slept in that room and absolutely loved it. He also enjoyed playing outside. The kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped. We also enjoyed the outdoor space - a high-fenced yard offering plenty of privacy. The outdoor dining area, mangal style grill, and the swing chair provided a perfect setting for relaxation. We even enjoyed late-season sweet grapes from the vine in the yard. Gated garage allowed us to park our minivan securely. The house is located a 10-15 minute drive from downtown, with grocery stores nearby. A small note: the road leading from the main road to the house is unpaved, curvy and a bit bumpy, but this didn’t detract from our experience. We were extremely satisfied and highly recommend the house for anyone staying in Yerevan!

Great place to stay very close the Garni Temple. Everything was totally new and totally clean. There was everything we needed, parking right outside the door and a friendly host. We surely recommend the place!

Our family felt extremely happy! Karen’s Villa is an amazing experience near by the ropeway and town. Super spacious! the living room, the couch is very realxing, the dining table and the kitchen was an absolute assets of this home. the bedrooms! There were morethan enough beds for a big family like us. amd last but not the least. it was amazingly clean! Karen have such an experience on how to accommodate guests like us..we certainly felt home immediately when we entered her villa. Karen and her home truly exceeded pur expectations. very cosy and family friendly. Super highy recommended. we will definitely consider going back again in Tsagkadzor because of her.
