Holiday houses in Lake Prespa

The apartment is really wonderful! It is indeed luxury and has a great shower and beds including mattresses comparing to regular Albanian houses. Also the communication went easy and correct. Kostaq and his family (which live at the same property nearby) are really kind and generous. Quiet and green area as it is up hill. Parking space next to the apartment which is great.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Maria et sa famille sont adorables et très accueillants. Gâteau fait maison à notre arrivée et nous avons eu la chance de goûter aux loukoumades pendant notre séjour, excellent ! L'appartement est très bien équipé avec une terrasse avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Le ménage est fait 2 fois semaine et les poubelles sont vidées tous les jours, c'est un vrai +. Le jardin est parfait pour les enfants. La plage de sable est à 400m au calme avec des eaux peu profondes, idéal pour la baignade. Un grand merci pour tout !

Highly Recommended! I had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The apartment was spotless, very clean and well-kept and the view was stunning, just as shown in the pictures (if not better!). The space felt peaceful, cozy and beautifully arranged, which made it feel like home right away. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly and I felt completely taken care of throughout my stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, calm and clean stay. I’d definitely return. Thank you for everything!❤️

Super schöne Aussicht und nette Gastgeberin. Die Räume sind klein aber fein, alles wie auf den Fotos. Das Internet im Wlan war für einen Urlaub voll ok. Wenn man Arbeiten muss und Videocalls hat klappt es nicht so gut, aber ansonsten ausreichend. Einen Fernseher gab es auch :)

We were an extended family group and stayed for one week. Maria (online)and her father Leo (in person) were impeccable in their care during our stay, even permitted us to stay an extra half day to await our flights as the villa wasn't booked until the following day. It's a lovely spacious traditional family home that warranted respect, set in a very peaceful location that had strict local quiet time rules . Conversely the overhead planes can be noisy as the villa does sit under the direct flight take-off path depending on the wind direction, but this didn't keep us awake at night . We were able to get taxis into the old town for approx 15-20 euros as it was mostly too hot for the 35min walk but we managed a daily 8min dander to the nearest supermarket and bakeries etc. I would probably hire a car if I were to stay longer next time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend familia estates. Thank you again Leo and Maria! 😊

A wonderful stay! The place was very clean, and the hosts were incredibly attentive and kind. The location is perfect, especially if you have a dog—plenty of great spots to explore nearby. Highly recommend!

Wir waren zu 8 in der Villa (Frauen, Ende zwanzig). Die Unterkunft war wunderschön - eine traumhafte Villa. Der private Strand und die liegen waren auch toll. Man läuft nur eine Minute zu Fuß an den Strand. Am Strand gibt es direkt eine kleine Beach Bar und ein Italiener, was auch praktisch ist. Die Kommunikation mit Luiza ist auch super einfach. Klare Weiterempfehlung.

5 Sterne – Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir waren eine Gruppe von 10 Personen und haben sehr spontan gebucht – trotzdem hat alles perfekt geklappt! Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war von Anfang an ausgezeichnet: schnell, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Trotz der kurzfristigen Reservierung wurde alles super organisiert. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben, sauber und komfortabel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!
