You can enjoy a beautiful view of the green space of the garden. Above it, there is a mezzanine with exposed beams: a relaxing space with a very comfortable two-person sofa bed. A corridor leads to the bedroom, which has a queen-size bed and a balcony overlooking the lake, as well as a nice little table. Next to the bedroom, there is the bathroom with shower.

The apartment is located in a dominant position on Lake Maggiore and the ancient village of Belgirate, located within a residence of only eight units, one of the few solutions with a swimming pool in the area (shared with a few and open from mid-June until the end of September). A few minutes' walk away, you can reach the lake and the town centre, where you will find all the main services: mini market, bars, restaurants, laundry, pharmacy, and tobacco shop. Located on the top floor of a building from the 19th century, it has just been renovated and is complete with every comfort (air conditioning in every room, TV, kitchen complete with dishwasher). A few steps from home you will find the ferry stop for the Borromean Islands, some of the best seafood restaurants in the area, a boat rental and an equipped beach.
