Our B&B “Al Pozzo” is part of an old farmhouse restored and refurbished. It is situated right on the path leading to the “Basilica di S. Pietro Al Monte” (http:/www.amicidisanpietro.it), a monument considered to be a jewel of Romanesque art (X-XI century). And further on along the path are our wonderful montains with its Monte Cornizzolo, a peak famous for paragliding (www.cornizzolo.com). Is is a very short distance from the cliffs, where climbing enthusiasts will enjoy various levels of difficulties in this adventurous sport. There are easy links to che cities of Milan, Como, Bergamo, to the picturesque towns of Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio and to Switzerland. And just 4 Km from “Al Pozzo” you can visit the beautiful historical city of Lecco, on Lake Como, with its amazing views famously described in the novel “The Betrothed” by A. Manzoni. A bit about us: we are a family made up of a young couple, Barbara and Beppe, and two children, Ale and Franci, lovers of mountains and nature. We grow our own organic vegetables, we have two dogs and even a stable with twenty odd goats which help us produce a high-quality homemade cheese! You will be able to taste it at breakfast or it you choose to dine comfortably at our typical restaurant part of the farmhouse structure- We are looking forward to your visit!

The apartment has a living room with frigobar, fridge, microwaves, electric cooker, coffee machine, tea/water boiler. A private garden and private parking inside the property. We offer a rich breakfast everyday in the living room. Shuttle service to/from Airports, Milano city centre and stations.

The B&B Il Gatto Nero is located in a 1904 farmhouse with a wood and stone structure. Surrounded by woods at 700 meters above sea level (we are in the mountains) with beautiful lake views. 5 km from the beaches, 80 km From Milan, 30 km. From Varese, 40 km. From Lugano. Suitable for physical and mental relaxation The paved mountain road (with curves) that leads to our house can be easily reached in 10 minutes by car. Recently renovated B&B, charming single room with full private bathroom, mountain views. It does not have air conditioning but being in a historic house the temperature in summer is pleasant. The kitchen is shared for breakfast, breakfast is not served but there is everything you need! The B&B is well served by public transport (downtown, hospital, station), with a 15-minute walk. You are on the lakefront, possible mountain excursions given the proximity.
