You can sit, unwind, and watch the wildlife with a distant view of Bald Knob Cross. The cabin sits in the heart of Shawnee National Forrest and the Southern IL wine trail. You can enjoy the fire pit while watching the stars, with no distractions from neighbors, traffic, or lights. You can enjoy catch & release fishing from the bank

There is an association dock area which will require a waiver for a dock on the lake with kayaks. Experience all southern IL has to offer on the lake, nearby hiking in the Shawnee National Forest or the Shawnee Wine Trail.

Enjoy dinner on the large deck and watch all the fun on the water. The boat dock will have an empty slip for you to slide your boat right in. Right off the dock is a great place for swimming or just sunbath on the huge Lilly pad.
