House holiday rentals in Lake O' the Pines

We loved our stay at the lake. They had everything from cooking spices to pool toys and life jackets for the kayaks. We enjoyed getting our family together and spending quality outdoors and in! It’s the perfect place to unplug and go paddle. The pool was the perfect spot to hang out with family in the heat of the day and couch brought us together for movies and popcorn at night. We highly recommend this down to home lake house.

Having adult children that either live out of state or out of the country now, we use a lot of vacation rentals by owners. Either to visit them near their homes or to find a central location where we can all come together. I have to say this is the best one we have ever stayed in, and we’ve stayed in many! Everything was well designed, well kept, and thoroughly thought out. We were not lacking one thing from kitchen stuff to comfort items, and stuff to do. Which included a golf cart, multiple game tables, fire pit, and more. We will definitely go back!

My husband and I spent Pilgrimage Weekend at the Secluded Cottage. The Cottage is spacious, perfect for a family gathering. We especially enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and enjoyed the garden and courtyard just outside our front door.

This was the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed. In fact, my mother said 15 or 20 times I can’t believe how wonderful this place is. This is the greatest place we stayed. I can’t tell you enough how clean this place for the furniture is new and comfortable. None of those broke down cast offs that you see in other Airbnb‘s. This stuff was new. it looked pristine the place was clean. I’m talking super clean. She thought of everything. There were breakfast essentials and buy essentials. I mean, unopened boxes of eggos, microwavable bacon a crate of eggs, milk, juice, lemonade, you name it she thought of it. It was Mother’s Day when we visited and there were fresh cut flowers in a vase with a Mother’s Day balloon. In fact, there were fresh cut flowers everywhere there were earplugs and phone charging connectors by every bed. Did I say it was clean? Cleanest place I’ve ever stayedbeautifully appointed. I never felt so comfortable. The kitchen appliances were gorgeous. Beautiful backyard

Amazing! This was a beautiful place to stay. The property was perfect, and was only 15 minutes from Barnwell Mountain. The host was very responsive and took care of getting the water turned on when we got there. I would definitely stay here again!

The stay at Alissa’s home was great! Just enough for me my uncle and nephew. 3 bedrooms was exactly what we wanted. We were visiting ETX for the first time fishing caddo and lake o the pines. The house was spotless, they even had water and snacks available.

Perfect Stay – Highly Recommend! We had an incredible experience staying at this property! The home was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The host’s attention to detail was impressive, from the thoughtful homemade cookies to the clear and timely communication throughout our visit. The location was ideal—close to Barnwell Mountain Recreational Area, yet still peaceful and private. The outdoor seating and fully stocked snacks, truly made it feel like a home away from home. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again! A big thank you to our wonderful host for making our trip unforgettable.

This house is on a quiet street. It was very peaceful, even on a holiday weekend. It is nearby to other rental houses which made the location perfect for our large family gathering. Kitchen has all the basics, including a coffee pot and dishwasher. Walk directly out to the lakefront in the backyard with a nice outdoor deck. Living room and sunroom have direct views of the lake. Parking in front can fit a few cars.

We were four adults and one infant and there was plenty of room for all of us. We appreciated the high chair and fully stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes. The house is very comfortable and we liked walking around the neighborhood . Some of the neighbors were very friendly as well. Highly recommend if your travels take you to the Gilmer area!

A brand new community, my friends who stay there didn’t even know this place existed. However great location convenient to everything I needed. The place was spacious and me feel right at home. Definitely a place I would stay again and recommend.

The accommodation was as described, large property and plenty of space in the house. The only annoying thing was that the main road was a bit noisy, but that was acceptable. The facilities in the house were exactly as described. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, even though we mainly only stayed in the house to sleep and were otherwise out and about.
