Az első emeleti apartmant az alaksorból induló lépcsőházon keresztül lehet megközelíteni. Az elektromos áramot napelemek termelik, a szobákban felszerelt klímák biztosítják a megfelelő hőmérsékletet

Idilli kis apartman a belvárosban. A stílusos kis apartman a belvárosban, egy XVI. századi műemlék épületben található, a város egyházi negyedében. A történelmi belváros csupán pár perc sétára várja az idelátogatót, ahol remek éttermek, kávézók, borozók és hangulatos teraszok állnak a turisták rendelkezésére. Főbb nevezetességek, kulturális élmények (mozi, koncertek, színház és kiállítások) karnyújtásnyira a szállástól. Az apartman nyugodt, csendes udvarban található. Párok számára ideális.

Auenblick

The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

Restnest Vendégház: Infraszauna+Dézsafürdő

A fedett teraszon INFRASZAUNA és DÉZSAFÜRDŐ áll vendégeink rendelkezésére. „ezer sziget országa, ahová a nyugalom is pihenni jár” A passzív és az aktív kikapcsolódásra vágyóknak is ideális választás vagyunk. A légkondicionált ház jó elhelyezkedésű, közvetlen szomszédok nincsenek, a meglévők kellő távolságra vannak. Nyaralónk nem közvetlen vízparti, de az út túloldalán már a szabályozott Duna-ág húzódik. A helyi idegenforgalmi adó külön fizetendő, melynek mértéke 300 HUF/fő/éj.

OAKTREEHOUSE - SLEEP IN THE TREEHOUSE

TREEHOUSE is installed on four adult oaks. A wooden bridge leads directly to the terrace with a view of the surrounding trees. The house is connected to the electricity grid. Water is supplied in containers and is used for hand washing and basic hygiene. Inside our treehouse there is a chair and a sofa bed, basic kitchen equipment, electric kettle for water, plates etc. Dry toilet is located 15m from the treehouse. Attic is reserved for sleeping (2 people). Sofa bed is downstairs.

Kleines Sommerhaus am Neusiedler See

Das kleine Gästehaus liegt direkt in Weiden am Neusiedler See. Der Strand ist ca. 1km entfernt und mit Auto bzw. Rad leicht erreichbar. Radverleih gibt es in der Nähe. Der Radweg um den See ist bei den Gästen sehr beliebt. Wassersportaktivitäten: Surfen, Segeln, SUP (Verleih gegen Gebühr am Strand). Anbindung ans öffentliche Netz mittels S-Bahn im Ort. Zum Flughafen ca. 25 Autominuten. Das Gartenhaus ist gut für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer und Familien mit Kindern geeignet.

Insel der Ruhe /AVA 3

2025 habe ich eine weitere Ferienwohnung komplett renoviert. AVA 3 ist 60m2 groß und befindet sich im 1. Stock des Haupthauses. Räumlichkeiten: Eingangsbereich, Bad mit großzügiger Dusche ( 1,20m x1m), Waschbecken, eigene Waschmaschine, getrenntes WC, große Wohnküche, 2 Schlafräume mit jeweils einem Doppelbett. Alle Räume sind mit einer Zentralheizung ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist hell und modern eingerichtet. Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft.

Die Bucklige Welt und das Wechselgebiet bieten einige Ausflugsziele im Sommer und Winter an! Im Winter eignen sich die nahe gelegenen Skigebiete Mönichkirchen, St. Corona, Semmering, Stuhleck zum Skifahren oder Snowboarden.

In der Ferne die angrenzenden Orte, Apetlon, Illmitz, Mörbiisch und Rust und Fertörakos. Direkt vor dem auf mehr als 2000 m2 großen Grundstück finden Sie eine faszinierende Tierwelt, die Graurinder und Wasserbüffel weiden direkt vor dem Grundstück auf dem das Haus steht.

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in dieser friedlichen Unterkunft. Das Apartment befindet sich im hinteren Teil eines Hotels. Es hat einen separaten Eingang und einen eigenen Parkplatz mit E-Ladestationen. Natürlich mit Klimaanlage, kleiner Küche, Dusche und WC. Ein Schlafzimmer und eine Schlafcouch für 2 Personen im Wohnraum. Die Wohnung ist über eine Treppe im 1. Stock erreichbar.
