Because the unit is partly below ground level, it receives a bit less natural light, which keeps the temperature pleasantly cool in summer. The kitchen is fitted with food processors and all basic utensils. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Access via 10 steps. Children and dogs welcome. Noise is not an issue, and the apartment is well insulated.

Rural and romantic living opportunity! The rooms are comfortably furnished and have a separate entrance. Free parking is available. On the property there are chickens in an enclosure, but no rooster ☺️ and in the neighborhood there are sheep from time to time. Shopping and the train station are seven minutes away by car and the nearest bus stop is a two-minute walk from the house. The ski resort is diverse and easily accessible.

Hello, It rarely snows here, but we are only 15 minutes from the Thollon-les-Mémises and Bernex ski resorts, and 1 hour from the Portes du Soleil (Morzine).
