Holiday rentals with a patio in Lake Memphremagog

My girlfriend and I loved our stay at Nancy’s place. She was welcoming and made our stay in Burlington great. Great location in Burlington and an easy walk to downtown. Beautiful views of the lake in the backyard. A+ cookies as well.

This was just a lovely little gem we found on our way home south (back to the states.) It is a basement area, but it was so spacious and had everything we needed. Beautiful and functional bathroom and comfortable bedroom & bed. (Included coffee and cream always gets an A+ from me.) Big TV with comfy couch.. Even a space to exercise! How can you ask for more? Side note: we heard "regular" noises (like walking around) but nothing that bothered us. Highly recommend!!

Loved staying here! The place was super clean and the views of downtown were amazing. It’s in a great spot — I could walk to pretty much everything I needed. We had a short one night stay but everything was great. We had delay after delay at the airport and Joseph reassured us that it was okay to arrive at any time which was so appreciated because I was stressed over our late arrival. The apartment is very cute and nicely renovated. Bed was comfortable. It was a little humid and warm in the morning but I’m not sure if there is an a/c unit as we didn’t even look. I slept very comfortably as did my kid on the futon. Everything was clean and the decor was also unique and interesting. Highly recommend!

The location is the most pleasant thing about this condo. Close to everything; walking trails, city centre with beautiful shops and restaurants, beach just opposite. You can do anything on foot.

wow, mac's place is like walking into an architectural digest photo shoot . One of the nicest Airbnb's I've ever stayed in . squeaky clean with a super comfortable bed and furniture and workspace . The house is a wide open space, beautifully appointed and the perfect place to explore Burlington. Mac represents the best of Airbnb super hosts.. easy parking and a great neighborhood to explore Burlington because it's a quick walk into the center of the city.

Super clean place, warm welcome, in front of a beautiful river. Rick the host is very kind and available to his tenants. I just think the price is a little expensive for a small room, no kitchen.

This A-frame is just so perfect. The location to Franconia State Park and ALL of the activities there was the best. The cabin itself if insanely clean and looks exactly like the pictures. It’s cozy and curated to feel like you are in your own little (5 star) summer camp. We had the best stay and would return again if we’re ever in the area! Book it!!

Homey open concept home where you van listen to the river while you take a dip in the cedar hot tub. I also enjoyed the deep soaking tub, closeness to the Von Trappe Famiky Lodge, and the milk brother for my morning coffee.

Michael and Shayna are great and responsive hosts. The house is as beautiful, airy and large as per the pictures. It is absolutely impeccably clean! The kitchen is fantastic! The location is calm and private with nice landscaping, birds and even a mini pond with frogs. At night, we heard the loons. There are many varied spaces to discover and enjoy, inside and outside, such as the inviting large game room, the pretty solarium or the outside decks. We went kayaking in the interesting bay and had fun going under the covered bridge and to Whetstone island. We opted to use the nearby boat ramp at Forand park as an easier way to put the kayak in the water. There is a walkable small access to the bay which is a good place to bring paddle boards. It was still early in the season and the small deck wasn't installed yet. Finally, we enjoyed getting smoked fish at Keet Baird just a little down the street. Thank you for the great escape and welcoming us in you house!

This was our third time staying here and, once again, we had a fantastic time! The place is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming — it truly feels like a home away from home. The host is great and everything is exactly as described. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and reliable stay. We’ll definitely be back again!

We had a great time at Bahaburke. The house was exactly as described - comfortable, clean and all amenities one would need for a bike trip to East Burke. The house has direct access to some of the best trails at Kindgom Trails. We had a great time!

Quiet location, had the entire marina to ourselves, walkable to some really nice restaurants…..

The apartment was very clean and very well located as it was close to the many amenities of the Plateau area. Chris was very responsive and always ready to help out with advice. I would definitely recommend staying here.

A very good spot close to the mountain. A cute bar across the road, and the hot tubs were a great way to close the day.

Very nice stay at Vanessa's. Everything was clean and functional. We liked to have an aperitif on the terrace overlooking the marina and watch the sunset in the swings by the lake. A relaxing stay in a beautiful environment. Access to the city and grocery store on foot. We'll be back.

The condo was excelent. Plenty of space, clean, and well organized. The condo has lots of dishes, pots, pans, cups which made it easy to cook. The grill was in good condition and located perfectly on the balcony. Josh was very responsive and flexible. He gave very clear instructions and the expectations for checkout were very reasonable and easy to complete. Great place to book if you are bringing children and pets! Plenty of yard space for them to play. The location is a close to drive stowe for skiing and to ben and jerrys factory for a fun family acitivty. I highly recommend this location!!

Roxy was very responsive. very easy self check in. Great location in Smugglers Notch. loved that the kitchen was fully stocked!
