Your Hill Country retreat is waiting! Welcome to our 2021 Athens tiny home, with multiple fire amenities, multiple outdoor sitting areas, and covered parking for 2 cars. The outdoor pavilion has a Smart TV, farm table, and grill. On the covered porch, have breakfast at the granite table over the electric fireplace. Inside is a full size kitchen and bathroom, private bedroom with queen bed, lounge area, Smart TV, stackable washer and dryer, and a shortened height loft with a queen bed.

We have 2 tiny houses on 6 acres here in Burnet. There’s a large fire pit area with a grill and outdoor games for our guests at both houses to use. Buchanan Lake, Inks Lake and Spider Mountain are only 15-20 mins away! My wife and I live on the property and manage it so we are close by if you need anything. You will need to climb stairs to get to the sleeping loft in this tiny house, and the sleeping loft has a low ceiling so it is ducking room only. Pet fee is $20 extra per pet
