Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lake Lugano

Wow! What a beautiful location! Claudio was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was squeaky clean and had a fantastic view of the lake. We will definitely be back. Personally I would recommend having a little car to get around as I imagine it would be a hard walk back up from the town once you’re full of pasta! Thank you so much Claudio.

We loved our stay in Laura’s apartment. It is in Brera — a lovely neighborhood in Milan that is walkable to everything and also filled with shopping , restaurants and museums. The terrace was a nice bonus for morning coffee or afternoon wine.

The flat was lovely and cool, spacious, and had everything we needed. We arrived to all the essentials (milk, eggs, water…), and loved being able to leave for evening swims just outside the bedroom door. There is a ferry port five minutes down the road on foot, and you can explore the whole of como! Great restaurants pretty much next door which was great!

I had a wonderful stay at this place in Lierna! The apartment was incredibly clean, equipped with everything you could possibly need — and even more. The view from the window was absolutely beautiful, and the atmosphere was so peaceful and quiet. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy some quality time. Highly recommend!

Had a great 2-night stay here! The apartment is super clean, modern, and in a perfect location—just a quick walk to the lake, train station, and restaurants. Really comfy bed, nice kitchen, and everything felt new and well thought out. Easy to get to by train. Would definitely stay again!

This studio apartment (not big) is ideal for two persons wanting to explore Como's attractions without having to walk far. The location cannot be better - just off Volta square - it is still very quiet, private and secure. The ground floor also makes things easy if you have luggage with you. I can highly recommend for one or two persons.

Absolutely incredible place. We didn’t want to leave the apartment! The view is probably the best we have ever seen. Mattie and Els are great, the flat was clean. We cooked a couple nights and sat out on the balcony enjoying the view. There’s lots of information which will help. We were able to walk down to the town using their advice through a footpath and also the free bus service is extremely helpful, especially when you’ve had a couple bottles of wine! Your place is perfect! When looking out the windows we felt like it was an infinity view, gorgeous. The apartment is better than the pictures and all the nice touches - water, champagne, slippers, snacks were unexpected and so nice! We also loved the speaker and having blackout curtains. I’d highly recommend this apartment for any friends and hope to come back!

We spent two wonderful days in Olga's beautiful house. Everything was even more beautiful than described. They took great care of us. Everything has been explained to us in great detail. And during our stay, Olga wrote to us every day and asked if everything was okay and if we needed anything. Their hospitality was really outstanding. I highly recommend this house to anyone. We were very pleased.

Super cute accommodation, easily accessible. The host was clear in every instruction and always available for any clarifications.

We (two families, four children), felt very comfortable with Bruno. The house is comfortably and functionally furnished. Only a little inconvenient: There is only one toilet on the basement, which can be reached via a relatively steep staircase. Otherwise: beautiful, quiet environment, great playground nearby, forest, creek. Beautiful veranda. And Lugano can be reached quickly by public transport and car. The communication with Bruno was always friendly, he very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend staying with him.

Spectacular scenery and beautifully designed property

Doris informed us in a timely and complete manner and welcomed us in the friendliest way. The studio is at the bottom of a house on a hillside with a private entrance and a very large, very well-kept garden, with wonderful views of the lake and several opportunities to linger. The car can be parked 5 metres from the door, which is rare in Ticino, but extremely practical. The studio is small as described, but very modern, extremely well and fully furnished and very clean. The windows are triple glazed, which further supports the tranquility in the quiet area. Walking paths from the house are available, although occasionally a little steep, the excursion possibilities to the lake or in the Ticino valleys are almost unlimited and easily accessible. Shops like Lidl, Migros, etc. are within walking distance, it's just downhill or uphill. All in all, a top studio with a very lovely hostess. Thank you, Doris.

Enrica was extremely committed and took excellent care of us at check-in. The accommodation was in perfect condition – very stylishly furnished and equipped with high quality mattresses and pillows. The wet rooms were exceptionally clean and provided with atmospheric lighting. We did not use the kitchen, but made a fully equipped and well-maintained impression.

We were on vacation with two teenagers and enjoyed the time very much. Very spacious accommodation with a spectacular view. There was everything that made the family vacation easier. Excursions to the surrounding area are very possible because of a convenient location. Had a great time despite the rain. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Having never been to Como i had no idea what to expect, but Argegno was frankly the ideal spot to land for a newbie. Busy but not hectic, serene but never quiet, the bnb location was perfect for exploring the rest of Como. The place itself was lovely—clean and modern with views over the piazza and lake just past it. Would highly recommend for new visitors to Como.

Michele's place is great - super convenient location next to the train station (also easy to get to from the airport). Nice and clean inside, and A/C was fantastic on a hot summer stay. Guide inside was very helpful, and overall my stay was super easy. Would recommend for Milan for 1-2 people!
