We had a wonderful time at Preston's home; it truly felt like a cozy retreat. The Christmas decorations were delightful, and he added a lovely touch with all the treats he provided for us. Preston was incredibly attentive, quickly coming to our aid when we needed help with the heater. During our stay, we took a stroll and met some lovely neighbors who were friendly and enjoyable to chat with. I wholeheartedly recommend his place to anyone looking for a serene getaway. Absolutely beautiful home! I loved doing my morning yoga in the sunroom with the perfect view of the mountains. My husband and I spent a lot of time outside on the patio and nearby hiking trail, then relaxed on the couch to watch the sunset. Thank you for beautiful, peaceful getaway!

Incredible! We were already picturing our next trip to this home before we had even unpacked. Andrew was very responsive and we appreciated his help when we had an unexpected car issue coming into town on our first day. This home was perfectly clean, fully stocked and provided everything we needed for a perfect family vacation. The view from the porch was stunning and we enjoyed every sunrise we had there. Our last night we marveled at the thunder echoing through the mountains during a storm while we were in the hot tub. There were toys and books in the bunk room which kept our kids busy and made us feel very much at home. This location was perfect for us- outside of the traffic of downtown but a beautiful drive to anywhere we wanted to go. We couldn't imagine a more perfect spot for our family of 6 (with small kids 6, 5, 3 and 1).

Really nice spot to stay near Asheville, private and well equipped! Great for long stays.

My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves stayed. we loved the view, enjoyed watching the neighbors animals , the hot tub was amazing with a lovely view. The space was perfect for us. the host was great. we will book again anytime we won't to come to the area. we normally hike and go shopping or check out the town/ city...we never left the property. we will explore next time, but we were so comfortable. We definitely got to relax. book this place...you WONT be disappointed!

This was without a doubt the best house I stayed in on my fourth visit to Maggie Valley. Everything works in the house and it smells great. It is super clean, in a super safe location, easy to get to and close to everything. Facing the river you can have your coffee looking at the beautiful wire in front of the house and then if you want go to the river to throw some rocks. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend it.
