We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment had everything we needed and it's very well-located. Easy to get there and to get in, and the hosts were always available and quick to answer.

Quiet, Comfortable, and Clean, all of the best things in a place to stay. The stay was everything I needed, a calm, comfortable place to unwind. Will definintaly try to book again the next time I;m in Houston!

I loved the Airbnb, Ms. Eboni made the stay great. Location was great, the pool was fun and definitely would recommend this place to everyone!!! I hope the next person that gets to stay here enjoys the lovely stay

I had a really pleasant stay at Phoenician Gardens! Paul is a nice host and was always responsive. The adjacency of the place to a River Oaks neighborhood is really quite nice. I have a handful of critiques (1) there is a usable washer/dryer but they are separated and cost $ to use which I don't think that is specifically spelled out in the description (2) the A/C system is not up to the task of dealing with the Texas heat to the point where the living room became uninhabitable, I had to remain in the bedroom most of the time (3) the mat in the kitchen needs to be replaced, it is quite dirty (4) the internet was a bit slow. Because of (2) I do feel like the monthly price was a bit much. I wasn't able to reside comfortability during peak summer hours unless I wanted to stay in my bedroom the whole time. Overall though it was a good stay.

He was a great host, the apartment was very nice, the kitchen had whatever I needed. It has a cute balcony and a big and nice restroom. I didn't see anything particularly unsafe in the neighborhood, it just didn't feel quite safe at night. Although inside the building it was quite safe.

The house was very cute, inviting, and clean. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book it again.

Cute little beach house just a short drive to the beach! Check in was easy and the local recommendations provided were a nice touch :)

The house was fantastic, but the neighbors partied past midnight every single night. We stayed here for the Moody Gardens Ironman. The backyard was perfect for our dogs.

Property was a bit challenging to find using GPS. Felt VERY SAFE was Garage accessible and the Alarm!!! Was at least 30mins from places we wanted to visit!!! Beds are very comfortable. entire home spotless!! Would definitely recommend a tv in all bedrooms and full size living room furniture couch is very small! Overall we will book again!

Fui con mi familia a todos Nos encantó la casa Muy limpia y tranquilo. Buen aire buenos TV buen espacio para pasar tranquilos un fin de semana. No vi nada malo a su alrededor, leí un comentario de otro visitante y me parece algo fuera de lugar. Observé varios vecinos trabajando haciendo reparaciones en sus casas. No vi nada fuera de lo normal y menos ningún tráfico de nada malo. Y estuve 4 días sin problemas. Recomienda esta casa a familias que quieran estar cómo en su casa! Airbnb was quiet, clean, and host always responded quickly. We walked to the playground often with our child because it was so close. Dogs loved walking around the walking trails nearby. During a challenging time, your Airbnb provided a much-needed break and a temporary refuge for our family. We had a wonderful experience and created some great memories.

We loved the location. The beach was beautiful, so great to be able to walk right onto the beach from the complex. Moody Gardens is just a short drive away. The condo was clean and welcoming. My teen slept on the pull out couch and was comfortable. Walter was very proactive and guided us through every step. We had everything we needed, wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely like to come back for a future stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Nam's place. We were central to all of the attractions of the sea wall, yet her place was a peaceful retreat. Nam was responsive and ensured we had a smooth check-in.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view of the beach was beautiful and the condo was peaceful. We appreciated the easy beach access, pool, and baby amenities within the unit. We would stay here again.

Without a doubt one of the best places Ive stay in such a long time. Julius was very understanding and attentive to our needs and concerns. Everything was exactly as the listing shows. My favorite part is that it family friendly and had everything we needed for a little one which helps us in the long run. This has now become our go to place anything we are visiting Galveston. Thank you Julius and Michael for a magic experience.

Our stay at this condo was excellent. The unit was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized, making for a very comfortable experience. Its location is ideal—conveniently situated near a variety of restaurants, attractions, and local points of interest. Overall, it served as a perfect home base for our visit. We would certainly choose to stay here again in the future.
