E' una casa per vacanze; ospita fino a due persone. E' adatto a coppie, avventurieri e chi viaggia per lavoro. Si trova in una buona posizione: è vicino a Breno (si può visitare il castello e il santuario di Minerva) e a Bienno (quest'ultimo è considerato uno dei borghi più belli d'Italia). E' poco distante da Capo di Ponte, per ammirare le incisioni rupestri. Nella stagione invernale è un posto comodo per raggiungere le località sciistiche (Borno, Montecampione, Temù, Ponte di Legno e Tonale).

La casa è molto accogliente . Composta da un monolocale arredato in stile moderno con tutti i confort un angolo cottura e una sala da bagno con doccia e vasca idromassaggio. Il tutto immerso nella natura e la presenza esterna di una grande piscina ad USO ESCLUSIVO degli ospiti. La proprietà essendo in prossimità del castello Medievale non è raggiungibile con mezzo proprio, usiamo la nostra auto x portare gli ospiti e le valige. È comunque una passeggiata di 200 metri nel verde della collina.
