Large common space downstairs, 4 bedrooms upstairs, fireplace, garden, fireplace, covered pergola, scents and bird chirping await in all quantities. The nearest beach is 6 km away. In the village, there is a café, delicatessen, gallery, wineries, Sunday market, in the neighboring villages within 10 minutes, the best ice cream shop in the neighborhood (the world), super restaurants, children's and adult programs, concerts, wineries, hiking await.

My apartment is located in the center of Hévíz. All major attractions are within walking distance. The entrance to the Tőfürdő is 600m, Tavirózsa educational trail is 800m, bakery 170m, grocery store 250m, and the entrance to the market is 70m from the apartment. At the entrance of the market, there is the Hévíz dotto (small train) stop, with which you can walk around the whole city, you can get on and off at each stop. Shops and cafes are also a few minutes' walk away. The apartment has a bedroom, a bathroom, a toilet, an American-style kitchen and a living room.
