This is my holiday house, built in 2017. Sun drenched in Summer and warm and cosy in Winter. Heated/Cooled by heat pumps x 3 and a wood burner. Wood fired Hot Tub (extra charge). The ideal get away! Situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood surrounded by permanent residents. Quick stroll to the lake, hotel/bar/restaurant and convenience store. 15 minutes from Wanaka and 45 minutes to both ski fields. You’ll love it, as I do! Fantails and bell birds visit often. It's a short 5 min stroll to the lake and a 5 min drive or 30 min walk along the lake shore to the town centre. Continental breakfast is provided.
