The small room (15 m²) has all the details to make your stay cozy and pleasant. It has a comfortable sofa bed that you can use as a sofa during the day. You have an outdoor space with table, chairs, armchairs and sun loungers. A fire ring is also available. Behind the house begins a beautiful forest for hiking.

You live in a lovely furnished apartment with antiques from the 19th century, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a modern bathroom and a comfortable queen size bed (160x200cm). There is a splendid view on Mount Pilatus, the Alps and the whole valley. Despite the stunning nature nearby, you reach the city of Lucerne or the valley station of Mt Pilatus within a short bus ride.

A modern studio, along with a social area

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.

Large 2.5 room apartment right on the lake

The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne. No public path or road lies in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace directly on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.
