The place was very clean and amazing and would not hesitate to go back the Caddo River was really clean and the view was refreshing. this place would be great for a wedding or a holiday or any day that you have time for your family to have a cookout bring all your friends cause there’s plenty of room.

Michelle’s place was easy to find, clean, and spacious. We had everything we needed for a restful weekend! The digging supplies were an added bonus!!! Thank you Michelle for being quick yo respond to our messages! Great host!

We took our boat to this location because we wanted to be able to use the lake. Being part of the community let us have access to the marina and a covered slip. I think for $35 a day the biggest reason we chose this unit was proximity to the lake and availability of overnight parking for our boat in the water.

Awesome place for a family or group of friends to get away. It worked prefect for our weekend riding trip. We had 6 adults and 4 kids. Was plenty to keep the kids busy and they loved the kids bedroom. The fire pit was great, plenty of wood! We plan to come back!

When looking for the best Airbnb look no further The Lazy Bear is it! The host Brian is so amazing and responds quickly. This was my second time staying here and would come back again and again. Being close to the river and surrounded by nature it’s the perfect getaway! Five star accommodations.

My husband and I were looking for something peaceful and serene. This place was exactly what we were looking for! There were homemade cookies to welcome us and they were delicious!!! Would definitely recommend it and would stay there again!! The owners are very nice and friendly!!

About a 20 minute drive outside of Hot Springs Very cozy, perfect for two. We enjoyed cooking out on the grill since we grabbed some fresh meat from Weldon’s Meat Market in Hot Springs before we headed out. If you’re looking for a fabulous breakfast, make the 10 minute drive to Sunshine Store and Cafe. The biscuits are homemade and everything else was delicious! Again, make the drive to Wards Crawfish for dinner, if you’re into that… FABULOUS 🦞 crawfish!! We really enjoyed hanging out at the cabin and spending some much needed quite time together. Would book again if we come back to this area!
