Built in 1945 our home is a craftsman cottage style home is located in Abilene's Old Elmwood neighborhood. Our home is fully furnished with a comfortable style to make you feel like you are at home. Our home is 5 minutes away from McMurry University and 10- 15 minute drive to ACU, and Hardin-Simmons University. The open living space inside and out is great for gatherings and entertaining but can also be used for quiet restoration. This haven is only a 3-minute drive to Hardin Simmons and the hospital. The house is newly remodeled with a ton of amenities such as a ping-pong table, scooters, games for inside and out and much more -- it's everything you would want a home away from home to be!

Outside the Bungalow includes a patio and plenty of parking. The yard is a shared yard-space with the main house. I do have 2 very friendly dogs that do not share their yard with other pets.
