This spacious family home has 4 (+1) bedrooms, a kitchen/living room with a large log burner, and another living/dining room with an open fire, both opening onto the veranda. With easy access to coastal walking tracks, 500m walk to the beach, 5 mins from Lyttelton & 20 mins to Christchurch central this space is the perfect getaway spot. We have created the holiday space we always search for, come and enjoy it Summer or Winter!

Our 1/2 acre section is fully fenced so that your pet (if bringing) can roam freely. Even though we are off grid, we have great internet access (fast WIFI).

With an outlook of native Kanuka and large pines this 3 bedroom home in Purau Valley is perfect for a relaxing holiday, boating, fishing or exploring the area Only 45 min from Christchurch city, on the stunning Banks Peninsula and just 1.5 hours to the popular town of Akaroa. A 5min drive to the ferry to take you to lyttelton for great restaurants or the saturday farmers market. or just hang out with the resident goats.
