Waterfront holiday rentals in Lake Dunlap

We will return to this colorful, happy place! Great balcony and pool. This is totally walkable to some outstanding restaurants and bars. The beds were outstanding and one of the coolest bathrooms ever! The chocolates were a great after dinner snack. Love it!

This condo is centrally located making getting to downtown, Landa Park, the water park, and just about all N.B. offers very easy. You could walk to Wurstfest from this location. It is right on the Comal river so you can jump in the river anytime. The unit was very comfortable. You will hear the trains when they move through town since the tracks are right next to the complex so take note if you are a light sleeper.

Loved our stay at Gina’s place. We felt right at home and enjoyed the peaceful location on the Riverwalk. We would love to stay here again!

Linas property was outstanding. Beautiful home and such a smooth and easy check in process. We will most certainly be staying here again.

Wonderful stay and friendly host! Sabrina's place was super clean and spacious for our family. Can't wait to come back again. You can float right from the property and it's only about a 5 min walk after you end your float at the last tuber exit, back to the condo. So much wildlife along the river and property.

I can’t say enough great things about this stay. The property was literally perfect. I was nervous being as downtown in most cities is on the rougher side. But I was pleased that everything felt safe and sound.

We had an amazing stay, and we would definitely recommend this Airbnb! Hayley was super accommodating and attempted to resolve any issues we had. The house is a short distance from the downtown area and has a path down to the river. If you want to go in the river, be sure to have some water shoes as the rocks are very slippery entering in.

This is one of our favorite vacation spots! The perfect family getaway location; close enough to do everything in New Braunfels and San Antonio, but far enough away to enjoy the Texas Hill Country without all the hustle and bustle around you! Already looking forward to our next stay!

Excellent location. In walking distance to Schliterbahn and the Comal River. We brought our tubes but easy walking to tube rentals. Plenty of space for two families of four to spread out and spend a few days.

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect for my visit. The location was great and made getting around easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had the BEST river weekend celebrating our daughter’s graduation from Texas State! This place is BEAUTIFUL, backyard is amazing, patio area roomy. Access to the river is on point! We had guests all weekend long and it never felt crowded! Linda is an amazing host, quick to respond and very very accommodating. She even helped me with certain planning details! We will definitely come back!

This location is by far one of the best locations to be. You are in the heart of Gruene and less than a 5 min walk to get to any shop, bar, restaurant, floating venues and much more. Perfect host! She was super responsive, friendly and the instructions were easy to follow on check out. Amazing place!! Can't say enough about it.

This was my first time in this area of Texas and all I can say is wow what a cool town. Not only was the town extremely fun but staying at Brooks Airbnb really gives you the opportunity to be close to everything. The only way it could be closer to the river if it was on the river. Not only that it’s about five minute drive to the waterpark, which is pretty sweet. Got to see some deer in the morning which is pretty cool while sitting on the balcony and drinking some coffee. Needless to say, I’ll definitely be back.
