Az 1800-as években épült, 2020-ban teljesen felújított, egyedi stílusú, 4m belmagasságú 76 m2-es nagypolgári lakás. A szálláshely körül több őrzött parkoló található. A lakás hálószobával, konyha-nappalival, nagy fürdőszobával, és egy különálló WC-vel rendelkezik. A lakásban van wifi, kábel TV, és klíma.

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.

The first-floor apartment is equipped with wide range of amenities (e.g. Netflix, wifi, Nespresso coffee machine) and a perfect accommodation up to 4 people, with magnificent view of the Mecsek Hill. Frissen, stílusosan felújított apartman a történelmi belváros és az egyetemek (BTK, ÁOK) között félúton, 10 perc sétatávolságra mindkét városrésztől. Az apartman atmoszférája egyedi, minden apró részletét igyekeztünk ebbe illeszteni. Jól felszerelt, Nespresso kávéfőző, vízforraló, mikrohullámú sütő, mosogatógép, hajszárító szolgálja vendégeink kényelmét.

It's a delightful place, right next to the city centre, in a nice quiet area. The apartment has a fun youthful atmosphere, decorated and painted by my mother.
