Come enjoy your holiday at the Holliday house. It is conveniently located near many unique, locally owned restaurants as well as many chain restaurants. You are 10 minutes from ULM and about 7 minutes from Forsythe Park and golf course and the Ouachita River boat ramp. Enjoy a relaxing evening at the house outside around the fire pit or inside with 3 smart tvs where you can stream your usual shows. There is a covered patio, so even if it rains, you can enjoy the extra space of the back yard.

A large open dock to the bay is ideal for fishing or swimming or canoeing/kayaking (provided). The cove side offers a boat house with lift that is available to guests who own boats. Families and fishermen welcome! Approved guests may use the boat ramp, empty lot for parking, 3 kayaks, 4 orange life jackets ( or bring your own), fire pit and firewood and a corn hole game. Relax, fish, swim, boat ride, kayak, watch the birds and water, grill or just chill. We do not, however allow parties/events/gatherings. For liability reasons, only approved guests are allowed on the property at all times ( no "gatherings" allowed).

You'll feel right at home in this cozy log cabin home set directly on Lake D'Arbonne. Enjoy the privacy and serenity of this beautiful country setting on 1 acre right on the lake. Public boat ramp less than a mile away. Fishing dock and sea wall ideal for fishing or taking kayaks out. We have an uncovered boat slip for parking a boat on site. Our driveway is steep so we suggest parking boats at the top of the hill if they are trailered.
