Our guests will enjoy a private unit with a walk in shower, full size appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, and complete blackout shades for those that work nights or like to sleep during the day. This space would be ideal for parents visiting their children at UNT or traveling healthcare professionals.

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!

Private apartment attached to main house. Private entrance with steps. 1 one bedroom, full bathroom with two sinks and large walk-in shower, kitchen and living room. Washer and dryer. Perfect for one or two guests. We are 35 minutes from Dallas, only 20 minutes from DFW airport and 20 minutes from Grapevine. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area. Self check in
