Balsam Hollow Cabin

Balsam Hollow is a newly built, charming rustic cabin that was created from the heart for our family, friends and you. From the all-wood exterior and interior, to the log railings in the loft, staircase and covered porch with wrap-around deck, our mission is to give our guests a true Adirondack Experience. Surrounded by nature, secluded and private, yet centrally located to Saranac Lake, Lake Placid, and Rainbow Lake with 25 miles of connecting waterways. You will find a snow shoe trail and cross country skiing on our 10 acres. Outside grill and fire pit. With our tankless water system you will have an endless supply of hot water to enjoy! Even though we are tucked off the beaten trail we are close to so much adventure! There are multiple trail heads close by, ice skating (pond style or rinks including the Olympic Oval in Lake Placid), Whiteface Mountain Ski Resort, Bobsled rides, Toboggan Shoot, Sled Dog rides, Boating, Canoeing, Mountain Beaches, Swimming Holes, White Water Rafting, Hiking, Mountain Biking, and so much more! Cozy Cabin Adirondack Getaway

Just steps away from Lake Flower & popular restaurants this cabin is located just 5 minutes from downtown Saranac Lake and 15 minutes to Lake Placid. Enjoy lake views and morning coffee from your front porch or cuddle in your own mini leanto. In the evenings, enjoy cocktails in the screened in gazebo, and toast marshmellows around the fire pit. On rainy days watch movies in the cozy basement tv/game room. Just steps away from Casa Del Sol, blue line brewery, & Aldi's you'll never need your car!

Magical Treehouse

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!

Located just minutes outside of the Village LP and SL. *We allow 2 small or 1 medium ( 20 to 40 lbs; 15 to 20 inches tall) well behaved, fully vaccinated, house trained dog.s. Take it easy at this cozy and tranquil getaway in the woods we call The Little Cabin on Sunset Ponds. This cabin is on 13-acres with two ponds. It is also located right off the snowmobile trails/cross country ski trails in Gabriels, NY. It is fully equipped with everything you may need. Perfect place for a home base while you go on your very own Adirondack adventure. The VIC center is close by, fishing, lots of hiking and paddling… 10 minutes from Saranac Lake 30 minutes from Lake Placid

Lake Clear Country House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay while visiting the Adirondack Mountains! This is a completely renovated 3 bedroom house with new furnishing. Outside you will be surrounded by flowers, gardens, and cows out in the pasture. It is located about 6 miles outside of Saranac Lake. Within a 10 minute drive you can find restaurants, shops, grocery/health food stores, parks/playgrounds, river walk, and an ample amount of entertainment including live music and art events.

There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in. This remodeled cabin blends rustic charm with modern conveniences. Access the Adirondack Rail Trail across the street and explore miles of trails to hike bike or nature watch. Enjoy an easy walk down the Rail Trail to Lake Clear, where state lands provide access for swimming, paddling, listening to loons, and unwinding.

Camp Schneider

Nestled in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains, this newly-built cabin is located outside of Saranac Lake, directly off of the Adk Rail Trail, a 34-mile recreational trail for biking, walking, x-country skiing, or snowmobiling. The Little Clear Pond trail head to the historic Seven Carries in the St. Regis Canoe Wilderness is three houses away. Lake and beach access off of the trail head, too. So quiet you can hear the wildlife at night while you watch the stars.

Hoel Pond Hideaway*Saranac Inn*

Located halfway between Saranac Lake and Tupper Lake, the cabin puts you within easy reach of countless adventures, shopping, dining and area exploration. The Saranac Inn public golf course meanders nearby, or hop on the Adirondack Rail Trail, perfect for biking, hiking, and nature walks - the nearest entry access is about 5 min. away by car. There are several canoe carries in close proximity, which open up miles of waterways waiting to be discovered.
