Two story home furnished with a King, Queen, Full and twin beds, we have you set up to sleep 7 but when you add in the cozy couches, you could include many more! We keep our homes stocked with essentials, safe and secure for our guests. Just feet from the 2-story dock that stretches out onto Lake Brownwood. **The dock is a shared space for all three houses on the property. Please note that we do have outdoor surveillance cameras on the property**

Our Cottage by The Lake is the perfect blend of eclectic, cozy, and functionality. There’s a 40’s style radio in the living room, equipped with Alexa and ready to play your favorite songs at your command. (We used to have dance parties and practice 2 stepping. The bedrooms share a mini split unit that keep you cool in summer and warm when it’s chilly. There’s a stand alone unit in the main area of the house. There are smart tv’s in the living room, the guest room, and the loft.
