Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

Grace Point is a stunning waterfront property. It offers a private fishing dock, boat ramp, playground, horseshoes, kayaks, and a fire pit. Perfect location for your family gatherings or a place to get away with a small group. Full kitchen, W/D, and a wrap around deck. Two private bedrooms and a large open area provides two single beds, two double beds and an amazing suspended swing bed. 8 ft table and chair rentals available.PONTOON PADDLE BOAT rental available. You are typically greeted by our crew of curious doggies, nosy alpacas and chickens. All in hopes of attention or scraps! Enjoy a relaxing afternoon in the pool or explore downtown. We are a NON SOKING Property! Our guest house is completely updated and ready to accommodate guests for work, family or a couple’s getaway. We look forward to your stay.

Enjoy a newly built home minutes away from Lake Bonham. Whether you bring the whole family, a couple of friends or just want to get away, our full stocked home has all you need. Bring your kayaks, paddle boards, boat, and jet skis to enjoy just 5 minute away from Lake Bonham, 15 minutes from the new opened Bois d"Arc Lake! We know you don't want to always leave your furry family members behind, we allow a max of 2 dogs under 20lbs with a small pet fee per dog.

A studio style cabin with a small kitchenette area! This includes a Keurig coffee machine, mini fridge, hot water kettle, microwave, & toaster! This cabin does not have an oven or stove!
